I was born and raised in Woodland CA and have always had a passion for real estate. I starting buying houses around 8 years ago and havent looked back since. My company, Valley Living Properties was creaated a few years ago as a real estate solutions company. Not only do we purchase houses from homeowners, we also offer traditional Real Estate Brokerage services.

 

I can assure you that no matter your situation, all of my transactions are done with the utmost respect and fairness one can offer. Being a CA Real Estate broker allows me access to the most current CA real estate forms and disclosures therefore, all of my client transactions are handled legally and to government standards. I live in the communities where I do business and I pride myself on creating lasting relationships with my clients.
