If selling your house is something your thinking about doing I'm sure you have a ton of questions. Below is a list I have compiled over the years of the most common questions I get. If you have more or would simply like to discuss my process further please feel free to give me a call.

Do I need to make any repairs on the Property?

 

No, I purchase Properties "as-is" which means in its current condition. You can even leave all of your unwanted items in the house after you move and Ill take care of that too.

How long does it take to get paid?

 

In most cases, no longer than a week. Money will either be wired, mailed or be available for pick up at the title company who handled the transaction. I will not collect or provide any money during the transaction.

What if there are tentants in the Property?

 

Not an issue. All I ask is that a copy of the lease agreement be made available so I know what I'm getting into.

Do I have to pay Closing Costs?

 

No, you will not have to pay any fees or closing costs. All of my offers are in WRITING and Ill show you the breakdown. Nothing is hidden!

What if I want to sell my house using a Realtor?

 

I am a Realtor, a memeber of the CAR (California Assoication of Realtors) and NAR (National Assoication of Realtors). Ill will show you benifits and shortfalls of using Realtors for selling Real Estate.

I get offers all the time to sell my house. How are you different?

 

There are a lot of company that do what I do. Many are much larger than me. What makes me different is that Im licensed to buy and sell real estate. Many Investors are not! I purchase all of my houses myself. Many investor "flip" your contract to other investors (like myself) and make money doing so. When you call the number below, I answer the phone and you will deal with me during the entire process.

What if I'm facing Foreclosure?

 

No Problem. The process changes a little though. I will review the factors in the foreclosure and provide you the best options available. Many sellers do not realize that in many cases the govt. will provide CASH incentives to home owners to sell their home.

What if I dont need to sell quickly?

 

One of the benifits with my process is that you can pick the closing date if you wish. If more time is what you need, no problem. We can work together and determine when the best time is for you to close and put CASH in your pocket.
